Responsible for Medical Services for a 431,000 member NCQA accredited health plan including HMO and POS products in North Texas.
Coordinate activities of four Medical Directors in a service area extending from Texarkana to El Paso and north to Amarillo.

Responsible for Medical Services and Total Quality Management departments. 431,000 member NCQA accredited health plan including HMO and POS products in North Texas. Coordinate activities of six Medical Directors in a service area extending from Texarkana to El Paso and north to Amarillo.

Responsible for Medical Services and Quality Improvement in a developing health plan which grew from 12,000 members to 23,000 members including HMO and POS products.

Directed Medical Services and Quality Improvement in 80,000 member established health plan including HMO, POS, PPO and managed indemnity products. Became the first NCQA accredited health plan in the USA for MetLife.

Responsible for Utilization Management and credentialing for 125,000 member health plan including HMO and POS products. This plan was one of the first NCQA accredited plans for Prudential.
